Position: Accounting Coordinator
Location: Priest River, ID

What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage bookkeeping and day-to-day financial transactions
✅ Prepare and send client invoices accurately and on time
✅ Handle accounts payable and vendor payments
✅ Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements:
✔ Rock solid experience working with Quickbooks Online
✔ Proficient computer skills (Mac competency is a bonus!)
✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
💻 Approximately 15 hours per week
