Make sure to read through it thoroughly and complete all sections before sending it back to the Chamber office located at 50 Main St, Suite 102, Priest River, ID. Alternatively, feel free to drop by the office on Tuesdays through Thursdays. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with the community and promote your offerings while enjoying the lively atmosphere of Timber Days. Vendor Rules & Regulations
APPROVAL OF APPLICATION:
Applications are reviewed and approved upon receiving completed application and payment. Any payments paid later than 7/1/2024 is subject to a $25 late fee.

EVENT HOURS:
Saturday, July 27th
11:00am - 5:00pm (or until the Logging events end)

EVENT LOCATION:
500 Railroad Ave, Priest River ID 83856
SET UP:
Set up starts on Saturday, July 27th from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.
You must check in at the Chamber Of Commerce 'Check in Table' to receive your spot number on the day of.

TEARDOWN:
All booths must remain set up until the end of the logging events.
​
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be done by email notice by July 15th to receive a refund. A $25 admin fee is applied to all cancellations.
**FOOD VENDORS**

ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH PANHANDLE HEALTH DISTRICT AND HAVE PROOF OF INSURANCE

TRASH
You are required to have two (2) trash cans placed at your booth. Vendors are responsible for emptying, and providing liners throughout the event.
At the end of the day, you are responsible for removing all trash and placing
in the provided dumpsters.
